Lucano is the quintessential water man. An Expert spear fisherman, swimmer and surfer. He grew up at the beach. Raised in Puerto Escondido, and schooled in his later years in Dana Point California. Now as an owner of Las Turquezas, he is back in Puerto Escondido. Luke's calm and patient demeanor make him an excellent surf instructor.
